This group is designed to help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself through the simple yet powerful act of journaling. In a safe and supportive space, you'll explore your thoughts and emotions using guided journaling exercises. Whether you're navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, or just seeking clarity, our group offers structured prompts, meaningful discussions, and a shared journey toward self-understanding and emotional resilience. No prior journaling experience is needed, just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
We look forward to writing and growing together.

Anyone aged 18 and above who is interested in journaling and learning journaling techniques and prompts
