Connect and reflect on your thoughts and feelings by writing it down and reflecting on it in a guided journaling and supportive group setting. Join us on a 7 weeks journey of discovering yourself and regulating your nervous system!
Individual who are 18 and above, who would like to reconnect with themselves while reflecting on their personal experiences and building a sense of community through supportive sharing.
