About Me
Something feels off, but you don’t know where to start.
You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I’m a counsellor-in-training, here to hold space for whatever you’re carrying, big or small.
I see therapy as a plastic mold, the kind that holds things in place while they’re still taking shape. It’s a placeholder, not a final form, but it supports you through the in-between. Therapy isn’t only for when things fall apart. It’s a space to breathe, reflect, or explore patterns you didn’t realise were there.
My work is grounded in evidence-based therapy, always guided by collaboration, warmth, and curiosity. As a third culture kid, I understand what it’s like to feel caught between different worlds. I’m especially drawn to work around life transitions, identity and career exploration, academic and relationship stress, and navigating school or work life.
I approach these experiences through a transcultural and intergenerational lens, with an awareness of how culture, family, and history shape who we are. I’m also passionate about supporting caregivers, including siblings and parents of individuals with additional needs.
If any of this resonates with you, hi, I’m Sarah. When would you like your first session to be?
