Have you ever felt, in the middle of a conversation, like no one was really listening? Maybe you wondered if your voice even mattered. I truly believe that being listened to—really listened to, connects us, helps us understand ourselves, and reminds us that we matter.
It’s in those quiet moments of being heard that we can find clarity, perspective, or just a bit of grounding. I hope to offer a space that’s calm and compassionate, where we go at your pace and where curiosity and even laughter are welcome.
I blend evidence-based practice with heartfelt conversation — so yes, it’s structured, but always centred on you, your story, your real-life challenges, and practical tools to support real change.
So if you’re on the fence about the need for counselling, whether it’s the pressure to “get it right,” the fear of being vulnerable, or simply wanting someone to journey with you, I’d be privileged to meet you where you are with an adventurous spirit, a patient heart, and a much-needed sense of humour.
Counselling, to me, isn’t about having all the answers. Although you may already hold more than you realise, it’s about being present with you as we explore what feels meaningful, possible, and walking alongside you as you find them.
