About Me
Hi, my name is Radeeyah, and I would love to get to know you! I am a trainee counsellor with Monash University Malaysia, where I am being trained by some of the best in the field. I am passionate about developing the skills and knowledge needed to support individuals through a wide range of life challenges. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative space where you feel comfortable being yourself.
Sometimes, life gets just a bit too heavy for us to handle, and we need some extra support. That’s where I come in. I offer a safe, warm, and welcoming space for you to put down all of your heaviness, while we work together to help you navigate through it all. By incorporating my key values of empathy, respect, and integrity into our work together, I can help you sort through your challenges as we work towards your goals. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard and understood without judgment. Together, we can explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
To me, therapy is a journey, not a destination, and I would be honoured to help guide you through the process towards functioning at your best. Growth often happens gradually, through small but meaningful steps taken over time. Taking the first step towards getting help can often be the hardest part. To get started, book a session with me where we can talk more about how I can best be of service to you and what you hope to gain from counselling.
