About Me
My motto in life and counselling is “one step at a time.” Just like climbing a mountain, navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming—but with patience and care, each small step leads us forward. I believe in celebrating small wins along the way, because every step you take is progress worth acknowledging.
Being a third-culture kid that grew up in different countries, I understand the challenges of transitions. This has fueled my passion for helping others navigate transitions of their own. I believe that everyone’s story is important and deserves to be heard. Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, especially when you're stuck or unsure of the next step.
My approach is about holding a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel respected and supported as we explore your challenges together. Building trust is important to me and I’m committed to walking alongside you—step by step—as we find ways to move forward!
Fun facts about me:
In my free time, I love spending time in nature, staying active, soaking in good tunes, immersing myself in a good book, and travelling the world to discover new cuisines and cultures.
"You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step." – Martin Luther King Jr.
