About Me
Hi there, I’m Estee.
After more than a decade of working in the field of developmental psychology as an educator, researcher, trainer, and coach, my work has brought me into contact with individuals across different life stages and settings, from universities, schools, and NGOs to corporate environments, serving children, teenagers, emerging adults, parents, and working adults. My focus has always been on promoting positive development, resilience, and growth.
I’ve come to a meaningful point in my professional journey where I feel called to deepen my capacity to support others through the counselling approach, one that not only integrates knowledge, goals, and strategies, but also attends to deeper personal well-being, which I believe lies at the heart of every facet of a person’s life.
Outside of work, I am married and a mother to a young child, roles that have brought my knowledge of psychology to life in the most vivid and humbling ways. They have deepened my understanding and respect for the uniqueness of every individual.
I’m especially passionate about translating psychology and counselling into practical, everyday tools that help people better understand themselves, tap into their potential, and move toward thriving. While I juggle many roles in life, I find strength in the simple things: a good night’s sleep, nourishing meals, and savouring the world, one place, one culture, one story at a time.
If you’re going through a challenging time, I welcome you to come, discover and thrive.
