About Me
Have you ever felt like life keeps moving faster than you can catch your breath? In the rush of everyday demands, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves, our needs, our feelings, and what truly matters.
My journey began with a background in neuroscience, where I searched for answers to the complexity of human behaviour. Yet, through my learnings in the mental health field and my own moments of self-doubt, I came to realise that the relationship we have with ourselves is the foundation for how we move through life. How we listen, respond, and care for ourselves quietly shapes how we connect with others, face challenges, and find meaning. Self-understanding and self-compassion are not just tools for hard times; they are essentials for everyday living.
As a counsellor, I see therapy as a space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with what truly matters. I want to hold a gentle space filled with curiosity, warmth, and kindness, one where you feel safe to come as you are. My hope is to walk alongside you as you nurture a kinder, stronger relationship with yourself, one that helps you move through life with greater ease and authenticity. I believe healing often begins when we feel truly heard and seen in a way that feels safe, entrusted, and real.
If you’re feeling ready, let’s take this journey together. Together, we can honour the complexity of being human, making space for uncertainty, growth, and change, with honesty and care.
