You must choose one of the three following options in connection with the length of time your name must remain on the self-exclusion list: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or lifetime.
Voluntary exclusion means you are prohibited from being on the property of the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort. You must refrain from all Gaming activities. If you are caught gaming, you will be subject to forfeiture of any winnings, including any chips, or electronic gaming device credits in your possession.
