Communication (via Pupil's Diary, Parent Gateway, phone & email)

Your child’s form teacher will issue an introductory letter to you regarding class expectations, and preferred modes of communication. Please refer to the Pupil’s Diary 2024 and online termly In-Touch Newsletter on the school website for updated or useful information about the school. Members of the staff will also disseminate information or communicate with you via the Parent Gateway (PG) app. Do communicate with us through the pupil's diary, phone calls or emails. If you wish to meet any of the staff members, kindly make an appointment with the teacher.

Communication (via WhatsApp) - IMPORTANT!

The school has set up WhatsApp Communication for you to receive timely information. E.g. If 8th Nov 2023 is a Mark Processing Day, parents will receive a reminder (on 7th Nov 2023) that their child will not need to report to school on 8th Nov.

On the day of registration, parents are requested to key in the school’s main phone line as a contact in their mobile phones.
