Communication (via Pupil's Diary, Parents Gateway, phone & email)

Your child’s form teacher will issue an introductory letter to you regarding class expectations, and preferred modes of communication. Please refer to the Pupil’s Diary 2025, school website and social media for updated or useful information about the school. Members of the staff will also disseminate information or communicate with you via the Parents Gateway (PG) app. Do communicate with us through the pupil's diary, phone calls or emails. If you wish to meet any of the staff members, kindly make an appointment with the teacher.

Communication (via WhatsApp) - IMPORTANT!

The school has set up WhatsApp Communication for you to receive timely information. E.g. If 12 Nov 2025 is a Mark Processing Day, parents will receive a reminder (on 11 Nov 2025) that their child will not need to report to school on 12 Nov 2025.

Parents are encoraged to key in the school’s main phone line as a contact in their mobile phones.
