This will also enable students to acquire digital skills and apply these skills as they navigate an increasingly digitalised world.
The school has made arrangements for you to purchase the PLD from NCS Pte Ltd (Vendor) for your child’s/ward’s use in school. The vendor has been identified based on the choice of the device determined by the school from a panel of awarded suppliers established by MOE. The PLD bundle which includes warranty and insurance for purchase by your child/ward will be the Enhanced Device Bundle comprising the following :

Please DO NOT REMOVE THE PLASTIC TAG (indicted for battery), once you remove PLASTIC TAG, the Microsoft classroom pen will not be working anymore and it will not be cover by warranty because the Microsoft classroom pen is a free gift (limited time only) from the NCS Pte Ltd.

You can find the serial number near the center ir to the side of it's spine (the area that attaches to your surface). The serial number is a string of numbers that looks something like this:

If it not eligible for the warranty replacement, kindly complete and return the attached Claim Form [ claim form ] (PDF Format only, no external links) via email [laptop@ins-solutions.com.sg].
Obtain a repair quotation from an Authorized Service Centre (Microsoft Support in this case)(with clear indication of what is to be repaired e.g. LCD/Speaker et... & serial no. of laptop) is also required for the claim submission.
Once the payment is made, please provide a repair tax invoice as proof of payment.
*When filling out the incident section of the form, please ensure that the explanations provided are clear and comprehensive. Unclear explanations will not be accepted.

Claim Process Overview:
Submit the Claim Form, Repair Quotations, and Tax Invoice to Ins-Solutions Agency.
Allow seven (7) working days for claims approval.
You will receive a Discharge Voucher and Direct Credit Form for acknowledgement.
Claim disbursement will be processed accordingly.
