In line with the national focus to equip students with digital literacy to thrive in an increasingly digitalised world, the school aims to expose all students to coding and develop their computational thinking skills. As part of Code@SBPS initiative, Micro:bits is an exciting activity where students learn how to code and program. Throughout the activity, the student definitely had a lot of fun developing their digital creativity!

As part of the Applied Learning Programme for Environmental Studies, the P5 students worked in groups to carry out a research on water pollution and conservation and present their findings and information. They also learnt how to do a Powerpoint presentation to communicate information on this topic to a large audience.

Students had the opportunity to try archery.  It is a skill of using a bow to shoot arrows.  Archery improves students' hand-eye coordination.  Students were engaged as they worked together with their classmates to try out this new sport. 

Students bonded with their classmates through team building activities. They interacted with their peers and collaborated to complete tasks. 

Students learned skills like interviewing and expressing of opinions.
