Choir

Our Choir provides a platform for students to gain exposure to a repertoire of vocal music from different cultures across the world. During practice sessions, our students develop their musical skills and competencies under the tutelage of Ms Khor Ai Ming, learning to project their voices and sing beautifully.

Being in Choir requires not only a passion for singing but also the ability to work with other members and discipline. The experience of collective music-making creates a bond and builds rapport among the members, as every individual’s voice contributes to the sound of the group as a whole.

Our Choir performs regularly at various school events, contributing to the musical cultures of the school. Performing to an audience also serves as a platform for character development, building confidence, and encouraging a spirit of excellence.

Due to the nature of Choir CCA, students will have to undergo a selection trial (pitching) before being accepted into the CCA. Students who display the aptitude and attitude for singing and performing are invited to join the Choir.
