Art & Crafts

The Arts and Crafts CCA allows students across levels of shared interest in art to create and share about art together. Our members are exposed to a greater range of art forms, mediums, and skills as well as famous local and international artists. These are done through engaging CCA sessions and learning journeys to art museums and galleries.

Biennially, our members participate in the Singapore Youth Festival (SYF) Art Exhibition where 3 categories of artworks are submitted to represent the school, celebrating our members’ artistic efforts and passion. In addition, our members are encouraged to participate in other internal and external art competitions with the guidance of the teachers and instructors.

Through exploration of the different media introduced, members are better equipped in applying their knowledge and skills to express their creativity and imagination, turning their ideas into reality!

Art is a favourite subject in our school, making Art & Crafts CCA is a popular choice. While we seek to allow all our students to pursue a CCA of their interest, we have a quota to ensure that each member may have a meaningful and safe CCA experience. Students may require to attend a trial before being accepted into the CCA if oversubscribed.
