A group of P5 students consisting of Carys Soh, Chong Yong Qian, Clarisse Mui, Lee Ke Xin, Danielle Soh and Nikki Wong of 5G was concerned about the plight of stray dogs in Singapore, and hence decided to come up with this SAY project to raise awareness about strays and their misconceptions. To do this, they approached Oasis Second Chance Animal Shelter (OSCAS) for an interview, before coming up with an assembly presentation to address the school. After visiting OSCAS, they designed brochures and set up a booth during recess to educate our students about strays. It is heartening to see their commitment and effort in showing love and empathy to our four-legged friends!
