Learning Experiences

LE 2(d)

Use strategies such as 'count back', ‘count on’, ‘make 10’ and ‘subtract from 10’ for addition and subtraction (before committing the number facts to memory).

Introduce addition facts within 10 using concrete representation of two sets and the use of symbols + and = to write addition equation.
