The National Physical Fitness Award/Assessment (NAPFA) Scheme is a test of physical fitness for Singaporeans as part of Singapore's Sports For Life programme. Launched in January 1982, it has served as a standardized means of assessing the overall fitness of Singaporeans.
Every students will have the opportunity to assess their fitness levels during HS journey – In Secondary 2 and Secondary 4/5
The NAPFA stations include:
Sit Up
Standing Broad Jump
Sit & Reach
Inclined Pull Up / Pull Ups (boys aged 15 & above)
Shutle Run
2.4km Run
