CAP Mentorship Application 2025-26

The CAP Mentorship 2025-2026 is only open to students who graduated from the CAP Seminar 2025.

To apply for the CAP Mentorship, please complete the following steps by Friday, 04 July 2025, 5pm.

1. Read the Mentorship Requirements and FAQ here.

2. Download the Mentorship Portfolio Template here to input your pieces

3. Save the Mentorship Portfolio Template as a .PDF file. The file name should be YOUR NAME_CAPMentorship (e.g. John Tan_CAPMentorship).

4. Access the CAP Mentorship Application form here. Upload and attach your Mentorship Portfolio when prompted.

5. Check your email for confirmation and extract the Response ID.

6. Send the Response ID to your Teacher Recommender.

7. Ask your Teacher Recommender to fill in and submit the form here by Friday, 11 July 2025, 5pm
