In 2021, the lower primary curriculum welcomed the introduction of P.L.A.Y., a programme designed to cultivate a vibrant learning environment through the integration of play and drama pedagogy. This initiative enables students to embody diverse characters from stories, fostering the development of their social and emotional skills alongside the acquisition of 21st-century competencies. Moreover, P.L.A.Y. encourages perspective-taking in culturally diverse contexts, offering invaluable insights to the students. To demonstrate their acquired knowledge and skills, the Primary One and Primary Two students put up a captivating drama performance for their parents and guardians.
