On 22 July 2019, Alexandra Primary School conducted its annual emergency preparedness drill in partnership with the Ministry of Education's Safety, Security and Emergency Branch and the Singapore Police Force. As ambulance and police vehicles entered the school premises, students and staff promptly engaged in the simulation, honing their safety procedures and evacuation protocols. Despite being a simulated scenario, the exercise underscored the school's commitment to fostering resilience among its students, preparing them to face uncertainty with a combination of readiness, teamwork, and vigilance. This event served as an important reminder that every Singaporean should remain alert and well-prepared for potential emergencies.
