Pre-Requisite: Teacher permission/Application    

This course is strongly recommended for students interested in being an FFA officer. Ag Leadership is designed to acquaint the students with the theories and principals of personal and servant leadership development and allow the student to integrate such skills to his/her own life and decision-making processes. The student will acquire practical skills and knowledge by exploring elements of group dynamics, advanced planning, parliamentary procedure, public speaking, marketing, etiquette, and gratitude. Because of the nature of this class, student time is not limited to only classroom experiences. Students should plan to be involved in a majority of FFA activities, including attendance at monthly FFA meetings.
