Radford University Education Day
Radford University Education Day, sponsored by the RU Athletic Department, is a program which promotes the importance of education as well as careers in athletics. The Radford University Women's Basketball Coach and select players provide a presentation to all 4th graders on what is takes to be a successful student-athlete, which includes perseverance, sportsmanship, and strong academics. All CES fourth grade classes create posters and cheer on the Highlanders during a women's basketball game at RU.
