Welcome to the Columbia Basin TRIO Upward Bound student resources and services website!

Here you will find current TRIO student participation requirements, meeting topics and resources, and upcoming TRIO sponsored activities.

CPC Meeting Schedule

College Prep Coach (CPC) Meetings happen once a week after school within the academic school year. See the table below for meeting times and location.

Any last minute changes to the meeting time or date will be communicated by TRIO staff via email and/or Remind.

Please Note: There are no CPC Meetings during holidays or when school is on break (e.g. Winter Break and Spring Break).

CPC Meeting Absence Protocols

Students who cannot attend their designated CPC meeting day have three options to ensure they receive the content they missed. Choose and follow the option that works best for your schedule.

Option 1: Notify your CPC if you are attending the alternative CPC meeting day (if you can't make it to Tuesday CPC Meeting but you can go to Wednesday CPC Meeting or vice versa).

Option 2: Contact your CPC to arrange a make up meeting within the same week that you cannot make it to your designated CPC Meeting day.

If the make up meeting cannot occur within the week you miss, then option 3 procedures must be followed below.

Please Note: Students who do not follow any absence procedures completely will have their absence(s) marked as unexcused.

Option 3 Absence Procedure

Contact your CPC to arrange a make up meeting.
