2024 - 2025 CPC Meeting Schedule
CPC Meetings typically happen ONCE A WEEK within the academic school year.
See below for dates/time based on your grade level and school.
CPC Absence Protocols
Students who cannot attend their designated or alternate CPC meeting day, must contact their CPC to arrange a Make Up Meeting.
See below for more details.
Within the week:
Students do NOT need to complete an Excused Absence Pink Slip, if the CPC Make Up Meeting is completed within the school week.
The next week:
Students are required to pick up an Excused Absence Pink Slip at the TRIO office, if the CPC Make-Up Meeting happens next week.
Once it's signed and approved, CPC and the student will meet on the agreed MAKE UP date and time.
