CPC Meeting Schedule
CPC Meetings typically happen ONCE A WEEK after school within the academic school year.
See below for dates/time based on your grade level and school.
CPC Absence Protocols
Students who cannot attend their designated CPC meeting day have three options to ensure they receive the content they missed. Choose and follow the option that works best for your schedule.
Students who cannot attend their designated CPC meeting day have three options to ensure they receive the content they missed. Choose and follow the option that works best for your schedule.
Option 1: Notify your CPC if you are attending the alternative CPC meeting day (if you can't make it to Tuesday CPC Meeting but you can go to Wednesday CPC Meeting or vice versa).
Option 2: Contact your CPC to arrange a make up meeting within the same week that you cannot make it to your designated CPC Meeting day.
If the make up meeting cannot occur within the week you miss, then option 3 procedures must be followed below.
Please Note: Students who do not follow any absence procedures completely will have their absence(s) marked as unexcused.

Contact your CPC to arrange a make up meeting.
Fill out the TRIO UB Excused Absence Request Google Form
Please be ready to provide the date(s) of absence, reason for absence, make up meeting date, and information of an adult that can authorize/vouch for your absence.
Message/Email TRIO that you've submitted the TRIO UB Excused Absence Request Google Form
