CPC Meeting Schedule
CPC Meetings typically happen ONCE A WEEK after school within the academic school year.
See below for dates/time based on your grade level and school.
CPC Absence Protocols
Students who cannot attend their designated CPC meeting day must contact their CPC to attend another regularly scheduled CPC meeting (if it is for their grade level) or to arrange a make up meeting within the same week.
If the make up meeting cannot occur within the week, the following procedure must be followed:
Student is required to pick up an Excused Absence Request pink slip at the TRIO office to be filled out by them and signed by the adult responsible for the absence (parent/guardian, club advisor, coach, supervisor,etc).
Once returned and approved by TRIO staff, the CPC and the student will meet on the agreed make up date and time.
