Balance Activities

-Place couch pillows a foot or so apart across your livingroom floor. Have your child step across the pillows like stepping stones in a creek.

-Have your child balance on one foot while tossing small stuffed animals or toys into a basket or large pan. Then have them switch feet and practice balancing on the other foot.
