All you need is step or step stool and stickers to complete this fun lower body strengthening activity. 
-Take a walk outdoors with your child or family, maintaining social distancing with non-family members of >6 feet. 
-Practice stepping up and down a flight of steps with a railing, holding your child's hand, when needed, for safety. 
-Have your child practice running in a safe place /traffic free area, outdoors. 
-Have your child jump to pop bubbles (if you have bubble blowing fluid). 
-Place various small toys on the floor and have your child squat to pick up the object and return to stand, placing object in a bowl or container.
