Ticket Purchase

Tickets are $50 each and may be purchased with cash, check, Cheddar Up, or Square.  Tickets may only be purchased from PTSA in the cafeteria during lunch on Thursdays and Fridays starting in April.

Permission Form

To purchase a ticket, the Gold Rush permission form (shared here) must be turned in at time of purchase.  Additionally, copies of photo ID for senior and guest are required.  Guests may not be 21 years of age or older at the time of Gold Rush.  See attached permission for full details and information.  Printed forms are also available outside Ms. June's room (U-13).   FORMS COMING SOON!

Activities: What is there to do at Gold Rush?

Activities will include a casino with everything you would see at a real casino from blackjack,  poker tables, craps, and even slot machines. We will have music, laser tag, a henna tattoo artist and caricature artist. There will be lots of food, charging/relaxation area and more.

Prizes: Who can win prizes and what are the prizes?

ALL MHS seniors will win a prize worth at least the cost of their ticket. Prizes are still coming in, but will include things like gift cards, Stanley cups, Keurigs, projectors, Bose headphones, iPads, Laptops, TVs, and more!

ATTIRE: What do I wear to Gold Rush?

You can come straight from prom, or you are welcome to change prior to checking in.   Most people put on some comfy clothes or pick a theme and match with your friends or guest – examples include favorite sports team, preppy, country, sporty, college merchandise, favorite color, neon, patriotic, Thing 1 & Thing 2, anything you want!

Tickets: How much are they, where do seniors buy them, and when are sales? 

Tickets will start at $50 each. They will be on sale in the cafeteria at lunch starting mid April.

Permission Form: Where do seniors get the form? 

We will post the permission form on Facebook, on this page, and also have copies in the office. These will be available early April.

Guests: Do seniors have to go to prom to attend Gold Rush and can they bring a guest? 

Any MHS senior student and their guest can attend Gold Rush. You do not have to attend prom to go to Gold Rush. 

Check-In: By what time do guests have to arrive and when can they leave? 

Check in will be from midnight to 1:00am. If you want to leave prior to the end of the event, we just have to get permission from a parent/guardian.
