Caps & Gowns

JOSTENS ON CAMPUS

• OCTOBER 8:  At 10:15 AM (through Tiger Time), there will be a meeting in the JV Gym for seniors.  At this meeting, Brad Golden, the Jostens Rep, will be on campus to go over specifics about ordering  caps & gowns.  He will pass out informational packets at this time.  Seniors who missed can pick up an extra packet in the front office or can visit the Jostens website (below) for all the details.

• OCTOBER 19:  If you are ordering online, you will need to order by October 19th so that your early apparel and souvenir items will be ready for pick up on the celebration day (October 22). If you are ordering with cash, check or money order, bring your order form from the Jostens packet to the table during lunch on October 22nd and they will have extra items to hand you that day. 

• OCTOBER 22:  Brad Golden, the Jostens Rep, will be back on campus during advisory and lunches for this "Senior Celebration Day."  At this time, Jostens will be handing out any senior apparel or souvenir items which were ordered. If you are ordering online, you will need to order by October 19th so that your early apparel items will be ready for pick up. If you are ordering with cash, check, or money order, Jostens will be taking those orders and will bring extra items to hand out.  At this time, seniors can also order a class ring if they wish; class rings can be designed on the Jostens website. Please get your order in now so that you are ready for Graduation.

• TBD (Before Spring Break): Jostens is on campus to deliver cap & gown orders; they will be in the cafeteria during all lunches.

• IF NECESSARY (After Spring Break): Jostens is back on campus for a final delivery of cap & gown orders; they will be in the cafeteria during all lunches.
