Photo Session Opportunities

Cady offers two options to get senior portraits:

1. CADY STUDIO: Schedule an appointment at your convenience to go to the Cady studio in Grapevine. Studio appointments offer a wide array of options for backgrounds, poses and appointment times.

2. MHS LIBRARY: Schedule an appointment during one of our Road Shoot sessions, held in the MHS library. Road Shoots will be on:

   • Saturday, Aug. 22

   • Saturday, Sept.12

   • Saturday, Oct. 17

   • Saturday, Nov. 14

Scheduling an Appointment

Whether you choose to set an appointment at the Cady studio or participate in a Road Shoot at MHS, you MUST go to Cady’s website to schedule the appointment of your choice. No walk-up appointments are available.  Every senior must schedule an appointment.  To schedule your appointment, and ensure your inclusion in the yearbook, follow these instructions:

1. Go to Cady’s website: Cady.com

2. Choose “Book Now” in the purple bar near the top of the website.

3. Choose “Book Now” again on the next page.

4. Enter Mansfield High School where it says, “Find your school."

5. You can evaluate all the sessions Cady offers to seniors. Note: If you would like a FREE session that includes your yearbook photo and cap/gown photos (nothing else), scroll all the way to the bottom to choose the “Basic” session.

6. After choosing which session you want, follow the prompts given on the next pages.

7. When you get to the “Schedule Your _______ Session” page, you will be able to choose whether you want to go to the studio or the school for your appointment. Then, choose the date and time you want. Note: Road Shoots will open for scheduling 30 days prior to on-campus appointments.

Last Chance

The last opportunities to have your senior picture taken are:

• ROAD SHOOT AT MHS: Saturday, November 14

• IN STUDY AT CADY: Thursday, November 19. 

Failure to meet this deadline means your senior portrait will NOT be included in the yearbook. 

Fees

Cady Studios offers a variety of senior picture photo options.  There is NO CHARGE for both:

1.  The Yearbook pose (AKA formal drape or tuxedo)

2.  The Cap and Gown pose
   
   

Additional poses and photo options, however, do have a fee.  Visit the Cady Studios website to see all the options available and to make the choice that works best for you and your family.  

Yearbook Photo Choice

After a senior has his/her photos taken, they will receive a Proof Link email from Cady directly. Instructions for choosing which photo to use in the yearbook are included in that Proof Link email.  The steps are all completed via the online Cady portal.
