Please show them this document about emailing a counselor for an appointment.
Although student email appointments based on the procedures above are preferred, it is also okay if you call a counselor directly, and they specifically state they are available to meet with a student in that moment. Please do not just send students down to 102 without communicating with one of the school counselors first. They will send the student back to class.

This form will serve as a way to collect and document information about all the wonderful NON-XELLO ACP activities you are already doing with our baby cardinals. Below is information about ACP and what can count as ACP Activities. The request is that whenever you complete an activity you complete this form.
What is ACP: Academic and Career Planning
ACP is intended to equip students and their families with the tools necessary to make more informed choices about postsecondary education and training as it leads to careers.
The ACP process consists of four key components:
Know—Who am I?
Explore—What do I want to do?
Plan—How do I get there? and
Go—Do it!
