Please go to Ms.Lopez to make reservations in the binder. DO NOT MAKE ONLINE RESERVATIONS FOR THE WORLD CAFE.
To add your events to the calendar, create an event in your Outlook calendar, put in the details, and invite SouthDivisionCardinals@gmail.com as a guest. Please check the HUB calendar(which is below) for any potential conflicts. Google Calendars will not notify anyone when there is a conflict.
IF YOU DO NOT SEE IT POP UP ON THE CALENDAR, double check the email address, make sure you included southdivisioncardinals@gmail.com as a mandatory guest, and then email JMendez. She will help you be able to make your own calendar events. Please book your spaces in advance! For any of these spaces, please be sure to clean up after yourselves! Refer to the section below if you need to get approval before reserving a space.

ANYTIME YOU ARE NOT IN YOUR CLASSROOM DURING A CLASS TIME, PLEASE INFORM ALL OFFICE SECRETARIES--- IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, NEEDING TO CALL STUDENTS, ETC. You can send the event invite to the secretaries the same time you send to the HUB calendar, so the message goes to their inbox.

Make sure there is a sign on your door indicating where you are. Please stick the note on the inside of your door on the glass, facing out, so students can read the sign but cannot interfere with the sign.
