"Shoulder to Shoulder
Building a Culture of High Support & High Accountability!"
Restorative practices is a framework that refers to all the things we do to build, maintain, and repair relationships. When being restorative, we honor cultures and identities, ensure all voices are heard, and foster connections. This framework naturally creates cultures where everyone is accountable and supported in striving to be their best selves socially and academically.
Amanda Coyle is our Restorative Practice Coach and will be supporting South Division with our school wide implementation of restorative practices. She will be working with us to not only provide training to staff, but help adjust systems in our building to ensure we are working in the most restorative way.
