For office managed behaviors, use the behavior referral. Anytime you are removing a student from the learning environment, you must submit a behavior referral. Please leave the title blank- a title will be generated by the type of behavior. In the details box, keep the description short and objective. Do not use student names in the details box.
Select student and briefly describe the event again- use only the name of the student that you selected. You will do this separately for each participant.
When there is a fighting incident- both students should be selected as "offender." If a student "loses" a fight it does not make him the victim. "Victim" roles should be reserved for students that choose not to fight back.
Please remember that parents can see IC behavior referrals for their children, so keep other students' names out and enter them separately. Keep it short and direct.
