Department Overview: Instructional technology refers to the technologies implemented by educators to maximize student learning in the classroom. For students to use technology for learning and graduate digitally literate, teachers need the knowledge and skills to integrate technology in the classroom. Teachers must provide compelling experiences that require students to use technology for organizing information, conducting research, communicating, and creating real-world products.
