How to Enter Weekly Progress Monitoring Data into an Instructional Plan in Infinite Campus - (Video)
Progress monitoring data must be recorded in the instructional plan weekly.
Only progress monitoring data is entered weekly into the Instructional Plan in Infinite Campus (not the actual daily intervention data).
This is the time and place to enter any comments from the week, such as:
Student attended # out of # instructional sessions this week.
Student refused to attend any instructional sessions, no progress monitoring this week. Score "leave blank" (check "Excluded from graph").
Any kind of student performance notes ("Student more confident this week"; "Student still struggling with XX").
*Note: Progress monitoring data CANNOT be entered if the instructional plan end date has expired. If data needs to be entered and the plan has expired, you must first unlock the plan. Then, change the plan "end date" to a future date, and lock the plan again.

Level 3 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
How often should data in the instructional plan in Infinite Campus be updated?
Progress monitoring data is used live and on an ongoing basis, so the data needs to be accurate and current. The requirement is to create time in your schedule weekly to enter progress monitoring data.
If a student misses instructional time during the week, that information should be noted in the comment section of the student's instructional plan in Infinite Campus. See above video: How to Enter Weekly Progress Monitoring Data into an Instructional Plan in Infinite Campus
If progress monitoring is not done during the week due to absences or insufficient instructional time, then that information should also be noted in the comment section of the student's instructional plan in Infinite Campus. A comment may also be needed in the RtI Contact Log about attendance concerns. See above video: How to Enter Weekly Progress Monitoring Data into an Instructional Plan in Infinite Campus
*Again, Tier 3 progress monitoring data is a source of data being reviewed by many groups for progress, so it is required to be updated weekly.
How can I delete a score in an intervention plan in Infinite Campus?
Find the day of the entered score. You can go back to the screen where you entered the score and make updates. Only the person who entered the score can edit/delete that score.
How can I delete a full instructional plan in Infinite Campus?
If you created the wrong plan or a plan on the wrong student, you will need to call Tech Support at (414) 438-3400 to have the plan deleted.
I created an instructional plan, but it doesn’t appear on my roster or planner.
Be sure you have locked the plan. All plans must be locked before you are able to enter data.
Ensure that you have not passed the end date of the plan. You cannot add data past the end date of a plan. If you have passed the end date of the plan, you can either create a new plan (only if the SRBI is completed) or go back into the plan, unlock it, change the end date, and lock the plan again.
Ensure that you are added as a Team Member AND listed as the Intervention Provider.
I created an instructional plan, but I do not see the student under my caseload.
Ensure that the plan is LOCKED.
Ensure that you have been added as a Team Member AND marked as the Intervention Provider.
Should I create a new instructional plan or continue to enter data in an old plan?
If you are changing the area of concern or the actual instruction, you should create a new instructional plan, as the data you are collecting are going to be as a result of something new.
If a plan has already been started and the person providing the instructional changes, you can just update the current instructional plan, as necessary. You do not need to create a new plan.
If you are moving from SRBI 1 to SRBI 2, you need to create a new instructional plan in Infinite Campus.
If a plan has not been completed with 12-14 consistent progress monitoring data points by the end of the school year, a new plan must be created for the start of the new school year, with new grade level baseline data (There is no carry over from one year to the next).
