Students will investigate both chemical and physical science concepts throughout this course by applying problem-solving skills and general methods of scientific inquiry. A major emphasis of the course will focus on the understanding of the role chemistry and physics play in today’s technological world. Laboratory investigations will provide data to support the concepts discussed, and help to give insight to the role chemistry and physics play in everyday life.
