Try to model your home schedule around your child's school schedule with some time devoted to each of their classes. Create and post a schedule for each day. See below for some ideas.
Aim for 30-50 minutes per class.
Many teachers will be posting assignments via Google Classroom.
Sit with your teen and ask to review their Google Classroom with you.
Alternate between online and other activities.
Aim for an hour of physical activity each day and an additional hour of activities of their choice.
Of course, each family and their teen are different so create a schedule that meets the needs for you and your teen.
Providing opportunities for choice for your teen will likely lead to more buy in for their learning.
