Try some of the resources and activities for encouraging Wellness in the home.

  • Stuck inside, try out a Cosmic Kids yoga video on Youtube! There are hundreds of options.

  • We would recommend at least 60 minutes of physical activity everyday. Get outside if possible by riding bikes, playing ball games, and going for a walk.

  • Try some of these activities from our Wellness teachers. Keep active and moving as much as possible.

  • GoNoodle is a favorite among all of the kids. Play it loud and have the whole family join in.


Go on a Hunt

Use this scavenger hunt and go on a walk looking for these items. Ask your child to create their own scavenger hunt too. Here is another variation. for an outdoor scavenger hunt.
