Stuck inside, try out a Cosmic Kids yoga video on Youtube! There are hundreds of options.

We would recommend at least 60 minutes of physical activity everyday. Get outside if possible by riding bikes, playing ball games, and going for a walk.

Try some of these activities from our Wellness teachers. Keep active and moving as much as possible.

GoNoodle is a favorite among all of the kids. Play it loud and have the whole family join in.

Scavenger Hunt

Go on a scavenger hunt in the neighborhood using this example. Challenge your child to create their own scavenger hunt. Here is another variation. for an outdoor scavenger hunt.
