Burak Dikici is a senior undergraduate student in Political Science and International Relations at MEF University in Istanbul, Türkiye. His academic interests focus on political economy, monetary policy, international political economy, and policy analysis. He currently works as a research assistant on a project examining public discourse on monetary policy in Turkish social media through large-scale social media data and classification methods.

As Editor-in-Chief of the MEF Journal of International Politics (MJIP), he coordinates the journal’s editorial process, oversees publication planning, and contributes to initiatives aimed at making academic knowledge more accessible to wider audiences. Cem Gürlevik is an undergraduate student in Economics at MEF University and serves as the Managing Editor of the MEF Journal of International Politics (MJIP). His work at MJIP focuses on supporting the journal’s editorial coordination, publication process, and student-led academic discussions.

As Managing Editor, he contributes to the organization of editorial workflows, communication with contributors, and the preparation of journal content. Through his role at MJIP, he aims to support clear, accessible, and analytically grounded discussions on contemporary global issues.

Berra Kaya is an undergraduate student in Political Science and International Relations at MEF University and is also pursuing a double major in Economics. Her academic interests include water diplomacy, international cooperation, global governance, and political economy. She has taken part in academic research projects that examine the relationship between global political challenges and economic structures.

As an Editor at MJIP, she contributes to the journal’s student-led academic work on global politics, economics, and contemporary international issues. Elmira Kırkaş is a senior undergraduate student in Economics at MEF University. Her academic interests include microeconomics, behavioral economics, economic growth, and political economy. Her work focuses on the relationship between economic theory, individual decision-making, market behavior, and the institutional frameworks that shape economic outcomes.

İlayda Erdoğan is a fourth-year undergraduate student in International Relations at MEF University. Her academic interests include international politics, diplomacy, global affairs, and contemporary political developments. She approaches current issues through critical analysis and interdisciplinary perspectives, with a particular focus on understanding political events from multiple viewpoints.

As an Editor at MJIP, she contributes to the review, development, and preparation of student-led academic content. Merve Nur Çebi is an undergraduate student at MEF University, pursuing a double major in Political Science and International Relations and Law. Her academic interests lie at the intersection of international politics, legal studies, and contemporary global affairs. Her interdisciplinary background enables her to approach political developments through both institutional and legal perspectives.

Before joining MJIP, she developed experience in analytical reasoning and argumentation through debate activities, including serving as president of a high school debate club. She is also improving her French and has the ability to read printed Ottoman Turkish. At MJIP, she contributes to editorial work and aims to support clear, rigorous, and accessible analysis of international issues.

Yekbun İlhanlı is a third-year undergraduate student in Political Science and International Relations at MEF University. Her academic interests include political science, international relations, Türkiye’s domestic politics, and Turkish foreign policy. She is interested in understanding political developments through institutional, regional, and international perspectives.

As Assistant Editor at MJIP, she supports the journal’s editorial and organizational work, including content preparation, coordination, and publication-related tasks.
