What are Feedback Fridays?
Feedback Fridays are your reminder to get short and snappy feedback from your fellow Monks — be it via emoji, a sentence or two OR your favorite gif!
Why is regular feedback worth doing?
Asking for and receiving feedback promotes personal growth. It’s all about learning what you’re doing well and how you can continue to improve and flourish in your role and career.
Ensuring you have a regular opportunity to hear feedback means you have a better understanding of how you’re performing throughout the year — not just during performance reviews. It’s all about living in the NOW.
Creating a culture that encourages feedback loops also promotes more transparent recognition and appreciation for the work we collaborate on together.
