1. What info does the private site offer, different from the public site?
The private site offers the "personal" or "protected" information that should be shared only among homeowners. You may find photos, contact information, and board meeting documents, such as financial reports, minutes, etc. Homeowners can also like to share info about their favorite contractors, or even family photos.
2. Why do we need two sites, one private and the other public?
For privacy reasons, our public site does not include information that may attract unsolicited attention.
3. How do I log in to the private site?
All provided email addresses (from the association roster table) have been added to enable you to be a viewer for the private site. For those who are already using gmail, you can skip this step and login in directly with your existing ID and password. Please inform the webmaster (admin at meadowsofcupertino dot org) if you would like to update your contact info.
4. Where can I post info to share with homeowners only?
On the private site. Please let the webmaster know first, then you will be added as a collaborator to edit the page. For short info, an Email to the webmaster will be fine.
