The Meadows of Cupertino Homeowners Association is run by homeowners for the benefit of the homeowners of the Meadows. We share assets in common, including a community pool, gardens, and roads. The Association manages the budget and reserves, which are very important to the value of our homes.

The city has approved the new roofing materials we proposed since our existing cedar shakes are no longer satisfying the new code requirements for Class A roofs.

The tools used to create and host this site have gone through a significant upgrade recently and many parts of this site now look different, and may behave a bit differently than before. We have tried to ensure that all the old information is still here (though some out-of-date or empty pages have been cleaned up).
