SWIMMING POOL REGULATIONS [Under HOA review]

• 1. IN GENERAL This pool is the private property of the Meadows HOA with its designated use for the enjoyment of Association homeowners. Pool hours are from 7 am to 9 pm with no swimming before or after. Lost pool keys will be replaced by the Pool Committee for a fee of $5. 

  2. GUESTS All pool users must be accompanied by an adult homeowner or Meadows resident over 14 years old. Homeowners or residents planning to have a private pool party must secure permission from the Pool Chairperson at least 2 days in advance, then an email will be sent to all homeowners and residents. Please put a sign on the entrance gate announcing the party with host and start and end times.

  3. ACTIVITY  Beverages must be in unbreakable containers. Please keep music and/or radios at a low volume due to proximity of homes in the pool area.

  4. INFANTS AND CHILDREN Children of all ages required to be accompanied and supervised by a homeowner or resident (14 years minimum). Swim diapers required for toddlers up to 3 years old. 

  5. FURNITURE Before you leave the pool, please arrange furniture pieces back to original locations. 

  6. EQUIPMENT All pool mechanical equipment will be handled only by qualified pool maintenance people and/or persons designated by the pool committee. Life saving equipment is to be used only as intended for emergencies. 

  7. DEPARTING THE POOL AREA Upon leaving, take all personal belongings (including toys) with you. Leave the area clean and neat. Last person to depart the pool area will ensure that the gate is locked behind them.
