Updates from Landscape Committee under "Shelter-in-Place" due to COVID-19:

"Coastal Evergreen, in order to honor our commitment as guardians of our landscape accounts, will be sending out crew leaders (solo) this week to walk-thru the landscape to identify any landscape issues that need to be addressed (broken branches, leaking irrigation,and to prioritize areas that will need attention once the crews are able to come back in full force).

We are honoring the safe distance policy by only sending out 1 person per truck. Please note that we will not be performing our normal maintenance tasks, but addressing hazards that may be obstructing paths, turning off water to stop leaking irrigation, and notifying management to issues that may need to be reported to customers."

The landscape committee is encouraging front yard improvements by individual homeowners. The

committee will be happy to review designs submitted and consult for planting ideas. If you walk around the

complex you will see yard and common area improvements as plants come into Spring foliage and

flowers.
