The 24th of May 2023, Wednesday, marked the memorable comeback of the Malate Catholic School Promenade after the disruption brought by the Covid-19 pandemic. This momentous occasion was about welcoming the juniors to senior high school, the turning-over of responsibilities, and a farewell and send-off ceremony for the graduating senior class. The event formally started at 6:00 PM and was held at the Pandango Polkabal Hall, Fiesta Pavilion, at the Manila Hotel.

Ms. Marinel M. Morales and Mr. Avelino S. Dela Cruz served as the masters of ceremonies. Some of the notable parts of the program were the opening remarks given by Ms. Lara Jessica V. Alvarez, the Student Coordinating Board president, the words of inspiration given by the school director, Rev. Fr. Elpidio D. Biliran Jr., as well as the assistant director and finance officer, Rev. Fr. Solomon A. Jardinero.

The program was followed by the Parade of Symbols and the Cotillion De Honor, which was done by selected Grade 10 and 12 students. Then, a send-off message for Grade 12 and a Welcome message for Grade 10 was given by Andrea Bea M. Llanes, SCB Vice President for JHS and Monzam Wang, Editor in Chief of the Clarionette, respectively.

The awarding ceremony for the prom royalties was then held, with Mr. Heath Kious C. Resuma from Grade 10 - St. Lucy as the Prom King, Ms. Jasmine Doble from Grade 12 - St. Matthew (ABM) as the Prom Queen, Mr. Joaquin Castada as the Prom Prince, and Ms. Xyaiel M. Cruz as the Prom Princess are both from Grade 12 - St. Augustine (HUMSS).

The closing remarks were then given by Ms. Angelica O. Millendez. Following the closing of the program was the opening of the dancefloor, led by the Prom King and Queen who marked the first dance of the night. Afterward, both rave and slow dances graced the venue. Numerous photos and videos were in commemoration of the event, which included a photo opportunity for each of the classes present at the event.

At approximately 11:00 PM, the occasion formally ended. This was another successful event for the school, which showcased the meaningful connection between the junior and senior students, one that is perfectly represented by the theme of the event.
