Posse partners with some of the best colleges and universities in the nation.

The Posse Foundation could not exist without its partner colleges and universities, who provide Posse Scholars with full-tuition scholarships, weekly faculty mentoring, and other support. Posse thanks these prestigious institutions for their investments in the program and their commitment to the success of Posse Scholars.

Bucknell University, Lafayette College, Lewis & Clark College, Sewanee University, The University of the South University of Rochester and University of Wisconsin-Madison

Breaking News: Arts Scholarships to University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA)

We are expanding the Posse Arts Program to your city, providing extra nomination slots for high schools and organizations to nominate rising seniors who are artistically gifted and passionate about studying the arts and performing arts in college. The University of North Carolina School of the Arts has partnered with Posse to offer a remarkable opportunity with 10 full-tuition Arts Scholarships. Be sure to nominate candidates who show promise in these fields through your Posse account. Additional nomination slots for arts candidates will be visible on your dashboard.

IMPORTANT: Students nominated for the UNCSA scholarship are not eligible for the other schools with which your local Posse site partners. Similarly, regular and STEM nominees are not eligible for UNCSA. As such, be sure to nominate arts students who are excited about and committed to pursuing a performing arts degree

Remember, Posse's mission revolves around the belief that a small, diverse group of talented students—a Posse—can serve as a catalyst for individual and community development.

Scholarship Information

We understand that paying for college is not easy. There are many scholarships available to students for some extra financial aid. Your best resource is to meet with your College & Career Information Coordinator. These professionals will help guide you in your search for scholarships and answer any questions you may have. I have included a list of scholarship links and applications below for your convenience.

**REMEMBER - When searching, it is very important to read all scholarship requirements carefully to determine if you are eligible. You do not want to put time and effort into completing an application for a scholarship that you are not eligible to win.

Monitor and visit this page periodically as Ms. Patterson updates and adds scholarships regularly!

Also, keep in mind that some scholarship applications may require a letter of recommendation from a teacher or responsible adult. Pay attention to deadlines and give these people at least two weeks to complete this part of the application for you.
