Hello Rocky Hill Community!

My name is Nataly Saah. I am the 6th grade counselor for students with the last names A - O. I have been working with MCPS for the past two and a half years and I am excited to start my third year with MCPS with the amazing Rocky Hill wildcats! 

I have lived in Maryland my entire life. I grew up in Germantown and then moved to Frederick when I was around 14 years old. I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree at Shepherd University, where I studied Psychology and Education. I completed my Master's Degree at Liberty University in School Counseling. I grew up speaking Arabic at home and have learned to speak some Spanish throughout school and internships. I come from a big family which incudes my two rescue dogs that I enjoy playing with. I love to read, bake, travel, and spend time with my family and friends. 

As a first generation school counselor, it is important to me to help students to feel they have a place to come within our school where they can express themselves and feel heard. I support our students academically, as well as socially and emotionally. I encourage students to advocate for themselves and to explore the resources available to them to achieve their goals. I look forward to meeting you and working together to navigate a new school year!
