The MC2 program was the perfect bridge to propel me from high school into university life. Long before I stepped foot on the University of Maryland campus, the MC2 program taught me how to read a syllabus, take college-level notes, schedule my own classes, set up office hours with professors, and so much more. On top of all this, completing my general education requirements at Montgomery College gave me the financial and temporal flexibility to graduate early with a double bachelor's degree and go on to complete a master's degree. 

Me and my family will always be grateful for the opportunity MC2 provided and I would recommend it to anyone interested. I'm so thankful for the work Mr. Sauter and others did to make this possible for MCPS students. 

MC2 helped me tough myself up for the college experience workload and interactions, I feel like It gave me a good foundation for improving my learning skills taking risks to learn new subjects and overall help me interact with people since you need to talk a lot with professors and classmates more times than often for situations like group work and class participation, overall it was a good experience even with the struggles and setbacks (like getting a bad grade, almost giving up) I got the courage to keep on going.
