Student Well-Being Team (SWBT) is a group of educational stakeholders (counselors, team leaders, administrators, social worker, school psychologist, PPW, school nurse, etc.) that participate in collaborative problem solving to reduce barriers to learning and to support students and families.
SWBT meets on a biweekly basis to bring concerns to the table, decide upon interventions, and implement action plans.
