Math 

Math 5 and Compacted 5/6

Math 5 is for students who took Math 4 and continue to need additional practice with some concepts or students who demonstrated proficiency in Math 4 and are ready for the next challenge.

Compacted Math 5/6 is the second part of a two year curriculum designed to teach students three years of Math in two years.  All material from fourth, fifth, and sixth grades is taught at an accelerated pace.  

Both curriculums use the Eureka Math Series.

Math 5 uses
Grade 5 Modules 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6.

Compacted Math 5/6
uses Grade 5 Modules 4, 5, and 6
as well as Grade 6 Modules 1-6.

* Number and Operations is an Elementary School Measurement Topic.  Once in middle school, both Base Ten and Fractions combine to form the Number Systems Measurement Topic.
